Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of sponsor-backed buyouts, growth capital transactions, and large-scale M&A mandates.
- Lead financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
- Take active responsibility in transaction processes, including due diligence coordination, valuation, structuring, and negotiation support.
- Originate opportunities through direct engagement with private equity funds, institutional investors, and corporates.
- Develop expertise in Colere & Co Capital Partners’ focus sectors: Buyout, fintech/technology, energy, sports & marketplaces/e-commerce, and digital services.
- Work closely with legal, financial, and operational advisors to deliver comprehensive transaction support.
- Author sector research, deal insights, and thought leadership for Colere & Co publications and events.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to building the next generation of dealmakers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, or management consulting.

Investment Banking – Analyst
The role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most dynamic mid-market transactions in the Nordics, with a focus on larger, cash-generative companies across a range of industries. Candidates ideally are ending their studies or have a combined 6–12 months of prior experience, from a leading investment bank, private equity internship or boutique advisory firm, where they have built a foundation in financial modeling, transaction execution, and drafting materials. Strong quantitative ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing and transaction materials in close collaboration with client management teams (e.g., executive summaries, investment memoranda, investor presentations, financial models).
- Support transaction execution through process management, investor/buyer outreach, client communications, and coordination of advisors.
- Develop a strong understanding of transaction structures, valuation methodologies, and key negotiation points, including legal and financial documentation.

Colere & Co is seeking an Investment Director – Partner to strengthen our buyout and private equity advisory platform as we continue expanding across the Nordics and, over time, into mid-Europe. You will play a key leadership role in driving transactions, building relationships with private equity sponsors, and supporting midsize companies with strong cash flows through transformative growth and portfolio value creation.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate M&A, or management consulting (at least 3 years in deal execution roles).
- Strong track record of working on buyouts, growth capital raises, or sponsor-backed transactions.
- Deep understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring.
